About Hansy Engineering Hansy Engineering Inc. is a growing general construction and engineering company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Maryland and Virginia. Our projects include general construction, renovations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other residential and commercial improvement work. We are looking for a motivated **Construction Estimator / Assistant Project Manager** who can help take projects from the initial site visit and estimating stage through contract, scheduling, construction, and closeout. This is not an office\-only position. The role combines **estimating, project coordination, customer communication, subcontractor management, and field visits**. We are looking for someone who understands construction, takes ownership of projects, communicates well, and wants to grow into a larger Project Manager role as Hansy Engineering expands.
