**SUMMARY** The Director of Finance for Academic Affairs is responsible for maintaining operating budgets for Academic Affairs to ensure complete and accurate financial data is readily available. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies and procedures; developing revenue budgets in close collaboration with Admissions Offices, Deans, and Program Directors; monitoring the financial results and maintaining effective internal controls and policies related to our OPM; preparing, evaluating, and performing ongoing program assessments in a timely and accurate manner; and making recommendations to leadership to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** Report directly to the Provost; responsible for working with Deans, the Associate Provost and all other Academic unit leaders to provide budget development, preparation, analysis and management for an Academic Affairs division operating budget of approximately $41M. * Responsible for responding to and preparing ad hoc financial analysis necessary to respond to internal and external financial information requests, including program assessments as deemed...
