**Job Summary** Legend Networking and Telecom is seeking a detail\-oriented and dependable **Procurement Coordinator** to support purchasing, vendor follow\-up, receiving coordination, inventory tracking, RMA/return processing, and project readiness. This is a hands\-on coordinator role focused on accuracy, documentation, communication, and follow\-through. The Procurement Coordinator reports to the Projects/Break\-Fix Manager and works closely with Projects, Break\-Fix, Configuration, Accounting, Sales, and vendors. The role supports operational execution and helps ensure required equipment is ordered, tracked, received, and available before scheduled installation or service work. **Key Responsibilities** * Review approved orders, project needs, and purchasing requests for completeness before placing orders. * Place orders with approved vendors after required approvals and funding confirmation are complete. * Confirm ordered items match approved quotes, specifications, quantities, shipping details, and client/project assignments. * Track order confirmations, ship dates, backorders, substitutions, freight charges, and vendor delays. * Follow up with vendors regularly to prevent avo...
