**The Responsibilities:** * Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun\-filled, entertaining atmosphere * Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer\-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long\-lasting guest relations * Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals * Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self\-Exclusion Program * Coordinate the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and special events * Build, test and maintain promotions within Trilogy and Bally Rewards kiosk systems, ensuring accuracy before launch * Coordinate promotional drawings, including activation, winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, documentation, and reporting * Create and maintain promotion rules, operational instructions, calendars, checklists, winner records, and departmental documentation * Develop and proofread guest\-facing promotional messaging, signage, internal communications, and employee talking points ...
