**Primary Purpose** The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with Bright Horizons methodology and goals. This individual leads the delivery team for client projects, oversees project management of assigned department initiatives, and drives best practices with the project delivery within department and via collaboration with Senior Project Managers and leaders across service delivery teams/departments to ensure consistency within Bright Horizons practices. Responsibilities include project planning, consulting, managing project resources, project management duties including time management, resource management, client relationship management, and team process leadership.
