**Role: Community Recruitment Specialist** **Location: Redmond, WA / Seattle/Redmond, WA (Onsite Role)** **Duration: 6\+ months** **Rate: $27/hr** **ABOUT THE ROLE** We're looking for **Community Recruitment Specialists** who know how to build relationships, engage local communities, and turn connections into participation. This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. You'll use a combination of digital outreach, social media, community partnerships, referrals, local events, and relationship\-building to recruit participants for paid AI research studies.
