Know soccer? Love being around the game? LU Sports is looking for a reliable and organized **Soccer League Site Manager** to independently oversee our weekly Adult Soccer Keagues. We currently have an immediate need for: **Wednesday evenings — Elkton, MD (minutes from Newark, DE Border)** **Friday evenings — Wilmington, DE** Each league night is approximately 3 hours, and candidates may work one or both nights. We also have additional leagues and events coming to the Newark/Wilmington/Elkton area, creating opportunities for additional weekly hours for the right person. You will serve as the primary LU Sports representative on site, responsible for making sure the league runs smoothly from setup through the final game. Responsibilities * Arrive before the first game and set up the fields * Set up and break down league equipment * Coordinate referees * Assist teams and captains as needed * Keep games running on schedule * Serve as the primary LU Sports representative on site * Handle basic game\-day questions and issues * Monitor the overall flow and organization of the league * Communicate important updates to LU Sports management * Make sure equipment is secured and the site is lef...
