**TITLE****: PARTS AND FACILITIES MANAGER** **DEPARTMENT:** HIGHWAY **LOCATION:** GREEN LAKE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT **SUPERVISOR:** HIGHWAY COMMISSIONER **PAY GROUP:** 9 **SUMMARY:** In coordination with the Shop Foreman, Highway Department Superintendents, and Highway Commissioner, coordinates the ordering of parts and supplies for the highway department. Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of vehicle and equipment parts, materials, and supplies as required. Responsible for daily maintenance and custodial duties required at the Highway Department Facility. Works in coordination with the Parks and Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and perform facility maintenance, as well as ordering facility maintenance items and toiletries. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Works directly with shop mechanics and foreman to correctly manage ordering of parts, materials, lubes, etc. for the shop. * Works with multiple vendors to price out and order quality parts at the lowest possible rates. * Maintains an up\-to\-date inventory on parts, materials, lubes, etc. stored in the shop facility and parts room. * Maintains up to date records of services on vehicles and equipment in CHEMS. * K...
