London Bay, a luxury homebuilder and developer with over 35 years of experience, is currently recruiting for an experienced Membership Director to join our growing team. The Membership Director will build, grow and look after the club membership as the community opens. The role suits a seasoned private\-club leader who has grown memberships, raised member participation and built lasting relationships with a demanding membership. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Membership growth and sales** * Own the membership sales plan: targets, categories, pricing input and the waitlist. * Guide prospects and new residents from first tour through joining, alongside the London Bay residential sales team. * Lead tours and introductions to the golf, marina, dining, spa and preserve amenities. * Track leads, conversions, retention and resignations, and report results to leadership. **Member relationships and retention** * Serve as the main point of contact for members and their families, from onboarding through renewal. * Know members personally and respond quickly to their needs, concerns and feedback. * Run new\-member orientation and integration so every member feels connected in their first year. **...
