The incumbent in this position should have a working knowledge of My Florida Market Place (MFMP) / Ariba On Demand (AOD), Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR), Florida Statutes 215\.422, 287 and 112\.061\. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: * Performing accounting functions associated with the auditing and scheduling of payments to vendors, providers, and other agencies. * Recording, collecting, reconciling, reporting, research, and maintaining accounting records. * Tracking all unpaid vouchers to ensure proper posting by the Department of Financial Services, State of Florida. * Monitoring pending invoices for compliance with Prompt Payment Compliance.
