**Position overview:** The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County is a Not\-For\-Profit organization located in Tinton Falls, NJ. We’re seeking a part\-time (4 days a week \- 28 hours) Director of Finance. The position pays $90,000 and is hybrid with in\- office requirement of 2 to 3 days a week. Candidate must be able to come into the office, so only candidates within commuting distance should apply. Please see the detailed requirements below. The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall financial operations. Responsibilities include closing the books and publishing financial statements; managing payables, receivables and cash flows; creating budgets; filing state reports, presenting to the Board, managing audits. A part\-time bookkeeper and CFO consultant are available to assist on a limited basis. The ideal candidate is a CPA with prior accounting firm or controllership experience in the non\-profit sector.
