**STV** is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to join our Finance group. This position is designated as **hybrid (3 days per week in\-office)** and will be based in our **Dallas, TX** office**.** This position will be responsible for supporting the company’s forecasting, analysis, M\&A, and reporting processes. This role will provide critical financial insights and business intelligence to drive strategic decision\-making and improve overall financial performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will work with cross\-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and develop comprehensive financial models. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance * Perform monthly variance analyses to clearly outline any deviations from budget and/or forecast and make suggestions to improve future performance * Perform due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions * Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth * Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision\-making across the organizati...
