Dreyfuss Management is seeking Property Managers for a property locate in Silver Spring, MD. The Property Manager is responsible for conducting all business in accordance with Dreyfuss Management’s established policies and procedures, all Federal, State, County and Local Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. * Provides leadership at the property and maintains an effective position of authority. Assures that the environment of the property reflects the philosophy of the company. Models Company Mission Statement. * Oversee the overall financial and operational performance of the property. * Yardi knowledge is a must. * Market property and increase traffic. * Review rent roll, aging accounts, compliance with budgeted line items, review of capital and improvement programs, and to identify risks and potential management issues. * Coordinate collection of all revenues. * Applicant must be thoroughly skilled in scheduling turnovers, pre\-inspecting of apartments and move\-out inspections. * Coordinate move\-ins with the Leasing Staff and the Maintenance Department. * Involved with the maintenanc...
