Position Summary: The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for leading regional operations to achieve operational excellence and financial success across a portfolio of properties. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance, manage client relationships, and oversee financial stewardship to align with corporate objectives. Responsibilities: * Lead Regional Managers and on\-site teams to meet performance benchmarks and operational standards. Conduct site visits to assess property conditions, initiative implementations, and ensure execution of clients’ business plans. * Streamline processes and enforce operational expectations.
