General Responsibilities: * Manage, lead and motivate a team of 5 sales representatives. * Train and develop new sales representatives. * Achieve monthly and annual team sales goals as directed by the On Premise Sales Manager and Sales Director. * Conduct continuing training and education annually with every team member. * Conduct Work\-Withs (ride\-alongs) with sales representatives and suppliers, and assist in the sales and promotion of Skyland Distributing Company products. * Establish relationships with key buyers in the assigned territories. * Conduct 90 day performance evaluations on new reps. * Conduct annual performance reviews for all sales reps. * Provide market feedback to the On Premise Sales Manager on potential store openings, competitive product landscape, competitive pricing, promotional pricing, etc. * Conduct weekly meetings with team members to discuss market successes, opportunities, and priorities. * Assist the Trade Development team with chain sales feedback, competitive pricing and promotion information, etc. * Develop and implement sales programs/incentives within the team. * Identify future sales candidates in the market when openings arise on the team. * P...
