**ABOUT THE ROLE** We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organized Marketing \& Events Coordinator to help bring BIG YES to life—in the real world and online. This is a hands\-on role for someone who loves variety. One week you might be creating Instagram content and coordinating with a brand partner; the next, you could be updating our website, planning an email campaign, or helping run a BIG YES booth at a local event. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Show up in the real world. Help plan and run farmers markets, pop\-ups, conferences, and sampling events, from logistics and signage to chatting with families at our booth. * Run our social and email. Own our day\-to\-day social presence (posts, Stories, Reels, and a content calendar), build an email cadence, keep the website fresh, and track what's working so we can do more of it. * Make things look great. Create flyers, signage, graphics, and sales materials using our brand guidelines, and stretch our photos and testimonials across channels. * Build relationships.
