**Job Details:** **About the Role** The Manager Supply Planning is responsible for developing constrained production plans, capacity analysis, and deployment requirements to support the Sales \& Operations Planning (S\&OP) process. This role balances key business objectives, including service levels, distressed inventory rates, finished goods inventory levels, and the manufacturing and distribution costs associated with supplying products. As a key representative of the Supply Chain organization, the Manager Supply Planning partners closely with cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement across assigned product categories. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for assigned product categories, partnering with Marketing Brand Managers and Directors, Plant Managers, Operations Directors and Vice Presidents, and Category Management Directors and Vice Presidents. * Develop and maintain a 13\-week master production plan for assigned categories across multiple manufacturing facilities. * Manage highly complex and visible product categories. * Collaborate across multiple categories to mentor, coach, trai...
