**SENIOR CONTRACT SPECIALIST** Work Location: ONSITE 5 days a week in Washington, D.C. INCATech is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to support a pending U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) acquisition support opportunity. This position will provide on\-site acquisition support at DOT Headquarters and support a wide range of federal procurement activities for service and commercial item acquisitions. The selected candidate will provide cradle\-to\-grave acquisition support for simplified acquisitions, task and delivery orders, BPAs, IDIQs, IAAs, and contracts utilizing multiple contract types such as Firm\-Fixed\-Price (FFP), Labor Hour, Time \& Materials, and Cost\-Type arrangements. The role requires close coordination with Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs), and program officials throughout the acquisition lifecycle. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide cradle\-to\-grave federal acquisition support from acquisition planning through contract closeout * Support procurement actions for services and commercial items using FAR Parts 5, 8\.4, 12–15, 16, 37, and 43 * Assist with solicitation preparation, evaluation documentation, contract awards, ...
