**Fiber Optic Construction Manager – Lubbock, TX** Parker Communications LLC We're looking for an experienced construction leader to join our team as a Fiber Optic Construction Manager in Lubbock, TX. This role is critical to delivering on our long\-standing promise of excellence in process, product, and safety. As Construction Manager, you will oversee all field operations in the Lubbock market, including directional drilling, trenching, and fiber placement crews.
