**SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:** The Staff Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of key general ledgers related to leases, construction in progress (CIP), fixed assets, and various tax related accounts. Additionally, the Staff Accountant coordinates income tax related requests for three entities and actively participates in annual financial audit. The staff Accountant will also support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, work closely with various departments to gather necessary information, and consolidate financial reports for five entities using Cognos reporting.
