**Job Summary** Topo Designs is looking for an in\-house UGC Content Creator to make the scroll\-stopping, phone\-shot content that sells our bags and apparel. Think travel pack\-outs, airport carry\-on tests, fit checks and product deep dives. You'll concept, shoot, edit and iterate short\-form video and photo built for performance. Paid social is your first customer: you'll work with our Senior Paid Media Manager to turn ad data into new hooks, angles and variations, then do it again next week. You'll also feed our organic channels through briefs from the Social \& Community Manager. **Experience \& Education Requirements** * 3\+ years creating short\-form video content, with a portfolio of UGC\-style work * Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred * Proven experience making content for paid social (Meta, TikTok), with results you can point to * Working knowledge of how creative drives hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS * Strong editing skills in CapCut, Edits, Premiere, Final Cut or similar * Comfortable shooting on your own, phone\-first, and on camera when needed * DTC ecommerce experience preferred; outdoor, travel, bags or apparel strongly preferred **Skills \&...
