Steampunk is seeking a **Senior Program Manager** to lead delivery of a large\-scale, multi\-year federal IT governance and modernization advisory program operating under an outcome\-based, award\-fee contract structure. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance — measured on demonstrated quality and mission impact, not task completion alone. This is a consultative, client\-facing leadership role: you'll be the client's trusted advisor, a coach and mentor to government teams, and the person accountable for delivering a complex, multi\-workstream program in a federal contracting environment.
