The Research Associate is a core member of CHWI's research team, supporting patients living with type 2 diabetes by reducing barriers to diabetes management, improving access to care, and helping patients navigate complex health and social service systems. In this role, the Research Associate will support patient engagement in a research study aimed at improving uptake of diabetes management technology to support better long\-term disease outcomes. The position works closely with patients, interdisciplinary clinical teams, social service providers, and CHWI's research and operations teams.
