Description

**Construction Project Manager \- Landscape \& Outdoor Living** Company: True Star Outdoor Solutions Location: Frisco, TX (DFW Metroplex, field and office) Job Type: Full\-Time Pay: $75,000 to $110,000/year (based on experience) **About Us** True Star Outdoor Solutions is a design\-build outdoor living company based in Frisco, TX. We build high\-end outdoor spaces across the DFW Metroplex: paver patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and full backyard transformations, typically ranging from $30K to $150K\+. We started in 2020 because we were tired of watching corners get cut. That standard has not changed. We are growing, and we are building the team that will take us to the next level. This role is part of that build. **The Role** You own the job from sales handoff to final walkthrough. No babysitting required. We need someone who takes accountability seriously, communicates clearly with homeowners, and keeps crews and subs moving without being chased. This is a field\-first role. You will be on job sites daily, solving real problems, not sitting behind a desk. **What You Will Do** Take full ownership of assigned projects from sales handoff through client closeout and final sign\-off...
