**Chief Operations Officer** ***CAREER OPPORTUNITY*** Department: Operations Status: Full\-Time, Exempt Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Supervises: Assigned operational staff, including office management and contracts administration Location: Tallahassee, FL (hybrid model available) Hiring salary range: $115,000\-130,000 **The Opportunity** At Healthy Start MomCare Network (HSMN), every baby deserves a healthy start in life. We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead daily operations and turn our annual strategic plan into coordinated work plans, documented processes, and measurable results supporting services for mothers, fathers, and families from pregnancy through age three. Reporting to the CEO, the COO leads administration, human resources, contracts administration, policy development, and organizational performance management.
