Overview: JP Cullen is seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team. This role reports to JP Cullen’s CFO and partners with team members across operations, project management, safety, accounting, and executive leadership to support disciplined decision\-making consistent with JP Cullen’s values, risk tolerance, and long\-term strategic objectives. This position is primarily office\-based with periodic travel to meetings and professional development courses as required. Responsibilities: * Assist with our subcontractor prequalification and management processes: + Develop and maintain repository of subcontractor prequalification information. + Review subcontractor prequalification information and develop reports on subcontractor financial health. + Work with project teams and CFO to properly enroll projects in our subcontractor default insurance program. + Prepare quarterly exposure status reports for management and carriers. + Assist project teams in timely reporting of any subcontractor default process and reporting. * Support Project teams in placing or confirming appropriate Builder’s Risk Insurance policies are in place: + Prepare monthly reports summar...
