This position oversees all waterfront dockmaster responsibilities (transient management, dock infrastructure, marina customer service, fuel dock) while handling general maintenance duties including basic electrical and plumbing repairs, routine carpentry, and practical knowledge of mechanical and HVAC upkeep. Additionally, the role coordinates daily pool preparation and oversees event setups to support club activities. **Key Responsibilities** **1\.
