It starts with our people, which is why we need a People Services Specialist to join our team and serve as an experienced member of the global People Services HUB, independently resolving complex requests and supporting consistent service delivery across regions. This role will act as a subject matter expert for assigned People processes, providing guidance to Coordinators and escalating matters that require policy interpretation or review. The Specialist will identify operational risks, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions to People Operations leaders. The Specialist will work in the People Services HUB, which consists of Coordinator roles and managed by a Team Lead or Manager. The HUB handles administrative activities across a variety of HR processes. Additionally, the Specialist will help improve Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and develop subject matter expertise in specific processes.
