**Overview** Our General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations and leading a staff team of approximately 15 team members. This is a full\-time position that reports directly to the Store Owners and serves as a key member of the leadership team with the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and Store Owners. **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for all daily operations and 90\-95% of routine operational decisions. * Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate the staff team, including conducting weekly one\-on\-one meetings with each team member and overseeing daily performance and task completion. * Manage staffing, hiring recommendations, discipline, and accountability. * Ensure all operational processes and procedures are consistently followed. * Oversee daily opening and closing procedures and excellent customer service. * Maintain store cleanliness, organization safety, and merchandising standards. * Coordinate maintenance needs and operational projects, including in\-store events. * Resolve routine customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally. * Provide regular operational updates and reports to the owners. * Collaborate ...
