**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Director of Finance to support the financial operations of a two\-hotel portfolio totaling 328 guest rooms, including a unionized hotel operation. This is a hands\-on leadership position responsible for supporting the Director of Finance in overseeing the day\-to\-day accounting and financial functions of both properties. The Assistant Director of Finance will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting while providing leadership and direction across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashiering, Income Audit, payroll support, balance sheet reconciliation, and compliance\-related functions. The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel finance professional who understands the unique accounting, operational, and regulatory requirements of hospitality and is comfortable working in a fast\-paced, multi\-property environment. Hotel accounting experience is mandatory, as is demonstrated experience with hotel payroll, union operations, tax compliance, and financial controls.
