**Position is open until Monday, October 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM EST** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** As part of a team under the general supervision of the assigned manager, the Information Technology Specialist is responsible for analyzing business functions to create specifications for enhancements and identify opportunities for automation; installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing various components of the network environment; and developing effective management information reports. There are four different IT focus areas for this position: Applications Support, Desktop/Device Support, Network Infrastructure Support, and Systems Infrastructure Support. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** **Every Information Technology Specialist:** • Analyze automated and manual business and technical functions and document specifications for new or enhanced applications. • Research available off\-the\-shelf or custom\-coded solutions and document equipment capabilities, costs and programming efforts required to implement alternative solutions.
