Production Lead (Weekday Nights) Position Summary This position is responsible for, under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, who can also be known as a team, for the purpose of achieving defined department goals and ensuring that all department standards required for the team are met in the manufacturing of high\-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems consistent with established production and quality standards. The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team. Schedule \& Shift Information (Important) We operate on 12\-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production. Training Period During initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8\-hour shift schedule, which may include: * 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday) * 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday) Post\-Training Schedule After training, employees will transition to a 12\-hour shift schedule, which may include: * Weekday Night: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM * Rotating Schedule Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).
