Join a collaborative hospital pharmacy team serving the San Carlos Apache community. This role is primarily **Outpatient**, with flexibility to support **Inpatient/ER** when needed. ### **Schedule** * Variable shifts: **Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends \& Swing** * Flexible to work different units and schedules * **No Call** ### **Requirements** * Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy **or** PharmD * Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license (**AZ license preferred**) * **BLS required** * **ACLS \& PALS required** *(PALS may be obtained on\-site)* * **1–2\+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience preferred** * Strong knowledge of current medications and clinical practice * Team player with excellent communication skills * Must process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in compliance with policy and law * Ability to counsel patients effectively and work in a fast\-paced environment * Must pass a background check and drug screen **Note:** **No pets allowed** in provided housing. \#Workwolf
