Trucking Operations Coordinator **Raleigh Logistics LLC \| Houston, TX** **Pay:** $25–$30/hour \+ Performance\-Based Bonus **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| 100% On\-site **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week About the Position Raleigh Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced, bilingual Trucking Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations and coordinate communication between external dispatching companies, CDL\-A drivers, maintenance providers, and management. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with hands\-on experience in the U.S. trucking industry who can manage daily operations and resolve problems independently. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with third\-party dispatching companies to manage load assignments and schedules. * Monitor daily fleet operations, pickups, deliveries, and truck availability. * Communicate with CDL\-A drivers and resolve operational issues. * Coordinate truck maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Monitor GPS, ELD, telematics, and fleet performance. * Maintain operational records and provide regular reports to management.
