About the Role Odesso is looking for a highly motivated early\-career **Finance Analyst** to take day\-to\-day ownership of the company's financial operations. This is a hands\-on role for someone who wants substantially more responsibility than a traditional entry\-level finance position. You will own recurring financial reporting, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable tracking, reconciliations and financial data accuracy while also supporting contracts, compliance and finance\-related administrative processes. The role is designed to develop into a **Finance Manager** position as the company grows, ultimately working closely with and reporting into the CFO organization. We are looking for someone who is analytical, exceptionally organized, comfortable communicating with executives and customers, and willing to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
