**Overview** ATECH, Inc., based in Huntsville, Alabama, is a leading global turnkey systems supplier of emergency Aircraft Arresting Systems. ATECH manufactures, maintains, and supervises the installation of lifesaving arresting systems at military airbases, both domestically and internationally. Arresting Systems are used to arrest fighter aircraft in distress, such as during aborted takeoffs or troubled landings. ATECH Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and support our purchasing and supplier management activities. The ideal candidate will participate in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, government regulations and policies, while maintaining quality and cost\-effectiveness. This is a hands\-on position requiring experience with purchasing, supplier communication, contract negotiations, and applicable federal procurement requirements.
