Culinary Depot is looking for a Contract Sales Operations Manager to build and lead the back\-office operation supporting our Contract Sales Department. This is a management and team\-building position. We need someone who can develop a team, establish clear processes, assign ownership, manage performance, and hold people accountable. The Contract Sales Operations Manager will oversee purchasing, order entry, equipment tracking, vendor follow\-up, billing, accounts receivable, delivery scheduling, project documentation, and closeout. The Contract Sales billing and accounts receivable team will report directly to this manager. This position will be accountable for ensuring that projects are billed accurately and on time, outstanding balances are actively managed, and customer accounts remain current. Our project managers will remain focused on customers, jobsites, installations, and field execution. This position will lead the internal operation supporting each project from handoff through final billing and closeout.
