About This Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Partner, Chief of Staff to serve Cascade's Executive Team and help shape and drive some of the company's highest\-priority work. As a 300\+ person, 100% employee\-owned company that has grown quickly, Cascade needs additional capacity and focus across company strategy, Board governance, executive communications, and cross\-functional initiatives. In this role, you'll take on work that often starts with ambiguity and turn it into a clear plan, recommendation, or finished product. You'll lead executive\-level projects, conduct research and analysis, develop Board and companywide materials, strengthen the systems that keep Executive Team work moving, and help ensure executive attention is focused where it matters most. Exceptional writing and sound judgment are central to this role. You'll write for audiences ranging from the Board and companywide employees to customers and individual executives, often drafting on behalf of senior leaders.
