Job Description Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee\-owned organization as an entry\-level Associate Project Engineer for its Indianapolis 551 operations based in Carmel, Indiana. The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands\-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment. **Job responsibilities include:** * Conducting safety meetings * Creating and managing punch lists * Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program * Preparing RFI’s and submittals * Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance * Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering * Supporting the implementation of the job schedule * Coordinating warranties and O\&M’s * Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing **Salary range:** $72,600\-$77,600 annual salary plus non\-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
