**Description** **POSITION DESCRIPTION:** Qcells is seeking a Senior Manager, DevOps to lead the DevOps function within our Operations and Platform Management organization and own the strategy, architecture, and operational execution of the DevOps foundation supporting our critical infrastructure energy management platform. This leader will be responsible for building and managing a high\-performing DevOps team while establishing scalable, secure, and highly automated engineering practices across cloud and edge environments. The Senior Manager will define the organization's approach to GitOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, platform security, observability, and compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership and organizational management experience with deep technical expertise in modern DevOps and platform engineering. This individual will partner closely with Engineering, SRE, Security, Architecture, Product, and Operations teams to improve software delivery, platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
