We’re a growing apparel and merchandise brand looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented **Inventory \& Materials Coordinator** to help keep our production and fulfillment running smoothly. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, material preparation, and supporting daily warehouse operations. If you love organization, hands\-on work, and being part of a fast\-paced small business, this role is for you. **Inventory Management** * Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory and materials * Maintain accurate inventory levels (materials, supplies, finished goods) * Flag low stock levels and discrepancies * Help with inventory audits and counts * Keep inventory areas clean, labeled, and organized **Material Prep (Pre\-Production)** * Prepare materials for production (sorting, counting, staging, labeling) * Assist with folding, bundling, and prepping items for printing/pressing * Must be able to do basic math (this is vital) * Must be able to use basic computer skills **Warehouse Support** * Assist with order packing and fulfillment as needed * Help keep warehouse workflow efficient and tidy * Support team with daily operational needs What We’re Looking For * Highly organized and det...
