Job Description Summary: The Grants Specialist I is responsible for overseeing, facilitating and coordinating the activities of various County agencies, developers and the public in the submittal, review, and approval of Federal, State and local grants. This position may also negotiate and administer grants, prepare budgets and design instruments for use in data gathering. This position also works with a variety of stakeholders, including the public, health and social service agencies in support of programs.
