**About Absolutely Ridiculous** Absolutely Ridiculous (AR) is a culture\-driven sports art studio and sporting goods brand based in Nashville, TN. We make baseball and softball gloves, sliding mitts, protective gear, pickleball paddles, and apparel that treat sports equipment as art. We sell direct to fans through AbsolutelyRidiculous.com and our Nashville retail space, Studio X, and wholesale to retailers including Dick's, Scheels, and Nordstrom, plus hundreds of independent shops. **The Role** We're hiring a hands\-on Fulfillment Manager to own how every order leaves our building, and to make that process meaningfully better. You'll be our in\-house fulfillment expert from day one. Our order volume swings significantly with the seasons. We need someone who can bring proven systems and processes, learn our tools and products fast, and build a fulfillment operation that scales up and down with demand.
