**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- Lockheed Martin is seeking a hungry and determined level 4 Project Engineer with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance to work from our Longmont, CO location as a Release Train Engineer. Whether you are already an RTE, or a seasoned Agilist looking to take the next step, this role will offer skill and personal growth. As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a large\-scale Agile Release Train (ART), you will facilitate program execution for the Next Gen GEO (NGG) OPIR Ground Segment, managing cross\-team dependencies, and enabling delivery of mission\-critical capabilities. In this position you will roll up your sleeves and contribute to work products and the success of the train. Partnering with Product Teams, Scrum Teams, Technical Directorate, and Program Management, to drive Agile planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement across the program are table stakes for this RTE role. Of course, this role will lead Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Planning kickoffs and outbriefs, Retrospectives, and other forums that promote alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery.
