Description

**About Eagle** --------------- Eagle is on a mission to **re\-energize the engineering profession.** Every road, water system, and power grid starts at an engineering firm. There are **45,700 of them in the US**, and most run on software older than the engineers using it. **We partner deeply with engineering firms and build an AI\-native operating system to give engineers superpowers (i.e., get things done faster and better).** Founded by Mayank Mardia (CEO), Sohum Daftary (President), and Thomas Shouler, P.E. (CTO). Backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners. **The role** ------------ You'll partner with the Founders across **buying great firms, helping them grow, and supporting Eagle’s operations.** We want you to own workstreams, have a perspective, and mobilize people to get things done. **What we look for** -------------------- **Very Important** * You can earn trust with owners, founders, and executives * You can use AI tools every day to work faster, and can show us how * You're willing to get on a plane and implement the ideas you come up with * You’re excellent at communications, nuance, and persuasion * You’re curious and resourceful, figuring out things we didn’t know before...
