Join us as an Acquisition Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in evaluating and executing multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You’ll partner closely with our investment team, gaining hands\-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle. At PRG Real Estate, founded in 1985, we manage over $2 billion in assets and 11,000 units nationwide as a vertically integrated industry leader. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports * Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions * Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends * Support due diligence, including property tours and document review * Prepare investment materials and presentations * Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting * Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams * Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections **Qualifications \& Other Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field * 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred * Strong Excel and financial modeling skills * Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, ...
