**LRS Federal** is seeking a qualified **Construction Manager** to join our team in **Anniston, AL**. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be 18 month contract, starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL. Qualification Requirements Minimum Education \& Experience * **Education / Alternate Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. + OR a minimum of **10 years** of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree. * **Years of Experience:** Minimum of **7 years** of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. * **Track Record:** Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on **at least three (3\) projects** of similar size and complexity. * **Specialized Experience:** Experience with **healthcare facilities** or similarly regulated environments is **preferred**.
