**KIRCO MANIX** is seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our construction team. This position is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to KIRCO MANIX's quality standards. We're looking for a proactive, organized construction professional who takes ownership of their projects, communicates effectively, and can successfully manage the many moving pieces involved in complex commercial construction. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. * Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall project performance. * Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. * Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. * Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality and safety expectations. * Monitor project costs, id...
