Position Summary: Oversees the Center for Faculty Advancement's financial management, analysis, and operations. Manages the departmental budget, ensuring fiscal integrity through meticulous reporting, data analysis, and adherence to University policies. In addition to financial stewardship, the incumbent oversees departmental operations and supervises staff to ensure a streamlined, compliant workplace. Qualifications: **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Required Experience:** 3\+ years progressive administrative experience with responsibilities in accounting, budget administration, and financial reporting. Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and/or equivalent combination of education and professional experience **Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:** Comprehensive knowledge of project\-level academic financial and more general solid accounting practices.
