#### **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Lead and oversee all Branch Service Operations (Machinery, Power Systems, Rents, and Parts) to meet revenue, profitability, and performance goals. * Plan, monitor, and manage service activities, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure alignment with company objectives. * Analyze monthly financial statements and drive continuous improvement in operational and financial performance. * Recruit, develop, and evaluate service team members to ensure strong talent, engagement, and succession planning. * Enforce service policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain consistency and a safe working environment. * Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure high\-quality service delivery aligned with company values. * Support labor relations, including administration of union matters and other workforce considerations. **RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS** ============================== * High school Diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and ex...
